S. S. NetCom has been one of the pioneers in the BPO industry in North East and was the first to start a call
center in Shillong in the year 2005. Staring with a small team of 30 customer care executive we have grown
into a 300+ strong team operating 24x7, 365 days a year in three different shift. We have successfully catered
to the interest of our clients in this geographically and linguistically diverse region with our multi lingual Call
Center catering the customers of North East in over 20 languages from under the same roof with no such
precedent anywhere in the country.
Our in-bound customer care executives have expertise in troubleshooting the problems of the customers
and making them aware of the various schemes and packages that our clients have on offer. We also have
an outbound service which looks after the outbound needs of our client. The call centre executives undergo
regular refresher training program to keep them updated on the latest in the client’s offering. We are planning
start an International Call Centre soon which will be the first of its kind in the North East.
