S. S. NetCom Pvt. Ltd. is a premier IT solution company in the North East. We are engaged in every sphere of
the IT and BPO industry offering a host of services – Broadband Internet Services, Software Development, Web
Development, Web Hosting, Voice Process, Non-Voice Process and Business Consultancy. The company was
incorporated in 1999 and launched its Internet Services, NEline on 12th of July 2000 in Shillong, Meghalaya.
It is the first private Internet service provider in North East.
In the year 2001 we stepped into the Software and Web Development & Hosting Services and soon embodied
ourselves as one of IT service providers in the region. With the start of the Call Centre in 2005 and the Data
Management Services in 2007 we have stamped ourselves as the one-stop IT Solutions Company in the entire
region. Currently we have our offices in all the seven states of the region catering to clients both in the private
and the public sector.
Our core objective is to offer full scale IT solutions to northeast and rest of the country and strive to put this
region on the IT map of the country. We also plan to expand our DSL services to newer towns in the region
and expand Wi-Fi Internet Service in Shillong. With our pleasant experience in the domestic voice process and
encouraging feedback from the clients we plan to start an International Call Centre at our main facility in
Shillong. With large number of English speaking youth manning International Call Centres across the country
there is no dearth of talent in our vicinity.

The company was founded by Smt S. K. Sangma which is the chairperson of S. S. NetCom Pvt. Ltd., an active
business women and social worker who has contributed enormously to the region. Every step in the venture
was a risk and every move was about pioneering. She steered the group in the toughest of times realizing the
potential of IT services and its need in the region.
